The body part of the vacuum circuit breaker is composed of a conductive circuit, an insulating system, a seal and a housing.The overall structure is three-phase box type.The conductive circuit is composed of an incoming and outgoing conductive rod, an incoming and outgoing insulation support, a conductive clamp, a soft connection and a vacuum arcing chamber.The mechanism is electric energy storage, electric opening and closing, and has manual function.The whole structure is composed of closing spring, energy storage system, over current release device, opening and closing coil, manual opening and closing system, auxiliary switch, energy storage indicator and other components.
The working principle of vacuum circuit breaker is different from that of other circuit breakers. There is no conductive medium in vacuum, which makes the arc extinguish quickly. Therefore, the distance between the dynamic and static contacts of the circuit breaker is very small.
